  Abosultley the worst service I have seen. No way to get a hold of them. Cable Guy is over four hours. I have spoken to the 877 number 3 times and they can't give me a number. All they say is that they will "escalate" the claim and for me to wait 90 more minutes for a phone call. 90 minutes later and no one calls. So I call the national number again. All they can do is "escalate" the ticket number and for me to wait another 90 minutes. 90 minutes later, no phone call again.
  
  This is why monopolies are a bad thing.
